Debut full-length from Barrie, Ontario's post-punks Dead Cosmetics is chilling, loud, and brilliant. "Was Tust Du" is a ten track album you’ll want to dedicate the full 42 minutes to.

"Was Tust Du" draws influences from new wave, post-punk, industrial, dark electro, to name a few sound strains.

We’re dubbing Dead Cosmetics an Ontario supergroup comprised of Daniel Allen (Indian Handcrafts, Grale, Colonizor), Sarah Hull (The Rip Nancies, DuoTang), Brit Lobsinger (The Rip Nancies), and Sean Alten (Bob Heath & the Staggering Drunks).

The term ‘supergroup’ gets tossed around a lot when we see big names in collaboration and rarely does it put focus on the actual superness of the music. Dead Cosmetics is truly a quartet of inspirational writing, sonic experiences, and visionary recording techniques.
